Support Agreements

Typical support agreements include one or more of the following services:

• Remote and/or on-site network support.
• Proactive server administration and maintenance.
• Supervision of backup systems.
• Maintenance of server virus protection.
• User and group account maintenance.
• File/directory security configuration.
• Installation of software service packs and firmware upgrades.
• Monitoring and review of server event logs including followup on reported warnings and errors.
• Diagnosis and troubleshooting of a downed server; emergency response.
• Monthly activity reports.

Customers with a support agreement also receive preferred hourly rates for services not covered under the support agreement.
